Job Introduction

We are looking for Bank Switchboard Operators (Nights) to join our 24 hour team at St Martins Hospital to help answer all internal and external calls in a polite and timely manner.


You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and patients attending St Martins outpatient appointments, providing a wide range of knowledge regarding location of clinics and to answer any queries.


Using system one to triage information and log patient details, keyboard skills are advantageous, alongside a good work ethic. We are a close knit team so a team player is vital alongside the ability to work on your own initiative as lone working is part of this position.


Our service runs 365 days a year working fixed shift patterns of 7am-3pm, 3pm - 11pm and 11pm-7am.

This is a position covering nights that involves lone working.
