Key Responsibilities

Safely transport patients and surgeons, ensuring comfort and reassurance throughout the journey. Take full responsibility for the vehicle before, during, and after use, maintaining safety and cleanliness. Uphold the highest standards of personal and professional conduct. Adhere to national and local speed restrictions, always prioritizing safety. Comply with health and safety policies to protect patients, colleagues, and visitors. Work within Transform Hospital Group guidelines and policies. Collaborate effectively as part of a supportive team. Communicate clearly and professionally via telephone when receiving or conveying information. Maintain punctuality and a professional appearance at all times. Follow the moving and handling policy to safeguard both patients and staff.

Person Specification

A genuine commitment to excellent customer service--patients must feel that We Care More in every interaction. A full, clean driving licence is essential, along with general car maintenance knowledge. Flexibility to work a range of hours, including day and night shifts, with an understanding that the role may involve unsociable hours. Reliability, professionalism, and a caring attitude are key qualities we value.
