What We Do:



Residential Care:

We provide a warm, supportive home for children who are unable to live with their families due to various reasons. Through round-the-clock care, therapeutic support, nutritious meals, and a loving environment, we ensure that every child feels safe and valued.

Education and Skill Development:

We prioritize education as a cornerstone of a child's success. With personalized support and enrichment activities, we help children excel academically while empowering them with essential life skills for independence and confidence.

Emotional Support and Counselling:

We understand the emotional challenges children face due to past experiences. Our trained staff and therapists offer individual and group counseling sessions, helping children heal from trauma, build resilience, and develop healthy coping mechanisms.

Recreational and Creative Activities:

The Role:

We are seeking motivated Support Workers to work in our children's home, helping to create positive outcomes and providing the highest standard of care. Key Responsibilities:



Ensure the home is a safe, caring, and supportive environment for children and young people. Build trusting, professional relationships with children, young people, and colleagues as part of a dedicated residential care team. Support the implementation of individual care plans to achieve positive outcomes. Maintain accurate records and reports for all aspects of care and daily activities. Work in line with policies, procedures, and Children's Home Regulations 2015. Collaborate with social workers, external professionals, and families to promote children's well-being. Address safeguarding concerns appropriately and report issues to the home manager. Promote high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety within the home. Actively participate in training and development opportunities. Engage in shift work and sleep-in duties as part of the team's care structure.

Gravesend DA11 8AY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
