About the role:



Based in our head office 2.5 days a week, working from home 2.5 days per week and reporting to the Sales Ledger and Banking Manager, you will be responsible for the daily banking and sales ledger processing, working alongside 1 other team member. To be successful in this role candidates will need to demonstrate a problem-solving mindset and have a can-do attitude, to ensure the sales ledger and banks are reconciled at each month end.

Responsibilities:



Working on Excel and within Sage 200 to maintain banks and sales ledger, including: Daily bank processing Allocation of bank receipts, card payments, cash and cheques with invoices generated from practices Reconciliation of 25+ bank accounts Answering email queries from practices Review, process and reconcile Petty Cash from 37 practices Reconciliation of Stripe receipts and invoices for one practice daily using the Stripe online platform Reconciliation of GoCardless receipts and invoice for one practice daily using the GoCardless online platform Reconciling receipts from our credit finance provider with invoices and posting charges accordingly Processing cash sheets received from practices Other ad-hoc duties as required

Candidate skills/experience:



Good MS Office skills in particular Microsoft Excel.

There is no minimum academic requirement however degrees, A-levels, GCSE's and Vocational Training will all be considered when selecting candidates for interview.

Previous experience in a finance role would be desirable.
