Job Description
We have direct instructions from a Partner at an international firm in London, who is keen to add to the Banking and Finance team with the hire of a 3-6 PQE Solicitor. The suitable candidate will have a strong academic background, and will be qualified in England & Wales, or another Common Law jurisdiction.
The team represents financial institutions, direct and institutional lenders and corporate borrowers on domestic and cross-border Leveraged and Investment grade lending and High yield transactions, as well as Restructuring matters.
