Banking & Finance Litigation Solicitor
Job Description
A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Banking & Finance Litigation Solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join an award-winning full-service law firm in Oxfordshire.
The role will involve working within the Banking and Finance Lender Property Department. The ideal candidate will present with experience in dealing with a range of commercial litigation matters however some experience in banking and finance litigation would be a distinct advantage.
The range of work will involve the representation of financial institutions in various litigious matters. These are:
- Mortgage litigation
- Secured and unsecured debt recovery
- Lender liability claims \xe2\x80\x8b
- Enforcement of security through LPA and fixed charge Receiverships
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, industry recognised and award winning team with a strong lender client base but a realistic appetite to grow considerably more.
