Banking & Finance Solicitor
Job Description
One of the largest international firms in Scotland is seeking a Finance solicitor (NQ \xe2\x80\x93 2 PQE) to join the team, based in Glasgow.
In this role you will mainly be involved in Corporate & Real Estate Finance, however, you will also gain exposure to a wide variety of transactions from both the borrower and lender perspective. Due to the size of this firm, this team works closely with the offices in the South, Middle, and North of England, where on occasion you will support senior partners within these teams on high-value cross-jurisdictional transactions.
Out-with other teams within this firm, further stellar exposure will be gained by providing cross-border advice to other large firms in London, for example, magic circle firms.

As the successful candidate, you will be Scottish qualified and have had experience in Banking & Finance as a trainee, a qualified solicitor, have transactional experience, or are very keen to explore this area long-term, even if you haven\'t managed to gain exposure thus far in your career.
