Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our caring team at West House Care Home in GB. This role is vital in providing exceptional nursing care that aligns with our mission to enhance residents' quality of life.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized nursing care to residents, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism. Monitor residents' health status and respond promptly to changes. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of care provided. Uphold health and safety standards in all aspects of work. Support and mentor junior staff members. Promote a warm, respectful, and caring environment for residents.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse qualification with valid registration. Proven experience in patient care within a healthcare setting. Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Compassionate approach to resident care. Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and standards. Prior experience in a residential or nursing home setting is desirable.
