, we provide exceptional care and support to individuals undergoing treatment for addiction, mental health challenges, and related concerns. We are seeking a dedicated

Registered Nurse (RN)

to join our team in a

part-time

role with a focus on medication audits, client physical assessments, and possibly mental health evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

Medication Audits:

Conduct regular medication audits to ensure compliance with care plans, regulations, and safety protocols.

Client Health Assessments:

Review and assess clients' physical health, including monitoring vital signs and identifying changes in health conditions.

Mental Health Assessments (Optional):

Conduct mental health assessments, liaising with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care planning.

Detox & Withdrawal Support:

Experience in managing clients through detoxification and withdrawal is desirable. Provide support and monitor clients during the detox process.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of assessments, audits, and client progress in line with clinic protocols and regulations.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the clinical team, including healthcare assistants, therapists, and management, to deliver the highest standard of care.

Qualifications & Experience:

Registered Nurse (RN)

with current NMC registration. Previous experience in

medication audits

,

physical health assessments

, or

mental health assessments

(desirable).

Experience in detox and withdrawal management

(desirable). Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Experience within a

rehabilitation, addiction, or mental health setting

is an advantage but not essential.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 37,500.00-42,500.00 per year

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
