is recruiting for a reliable and experienced

Banksman

to join a project in

Basingstoke

.

This role is ideal for individuals with valid traffic marshalling tickets who can confidently manage vehicle movements on a busy site.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining site safety and supporting logistics.

Duties

Direct and guide the movement of vehicles and machinery on site to ensure safety and efficiency. Communicate clearly with operators using hand signals or radios to facilitate safe manoeuvring. Conduct regular safety checks of equipment and work areas to identify potential hazards. Assist in the loading and unloading of materials, ensuring proper handling techniques are followed. Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure all tasks are completed safely and effectively. Report any incidents or near misses to management promptly. Collaborate with other site personnel to coordinate tasks and optimise workflow.

Requirements:

Valid CSCS Card

(mandatory)

Traffic Marshal / Banksman ticket

(mandatory) Previous experience in a similar role Good communication and awareness of site operations
