Monday - Friday 6am - 6pm, weekends as & when required

Who is Mick George?

Role Purpose

To ensure the safe off loading of waste vehicles in the desired location of the waste transfer station (WTS) and to assist with sorting of waste and other duties

Responsibilities:

To ensure safe vehicle movements within the tipping area of the WTS

To assist with the initial sorting of the waste

To carry out any other duties relating to the WTS as requested by a supervisor/manager

To accurately record their working hours on timesheets and submit on a weekly basis

To ensure any training requirements are highlighted to line management especially for legislative minimum requirements

Conduct themselves in such a way to not endanger themselves or those around them

Conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times as an ambassador of Mick George Group

Skills & Qualifications Required

Banksman qualification

Excellent communication skills

Ability to be methodical and flexible in approach to tasks

A pro-active team member

Desirable

Basic computer literacy (use of emails, etc.)
