We are seeking a dedicated and reliable CSCS Labourer with a banksman ticket to assist roofers on site in Manchester, on behalf of a large roofing contractor.
Duties
Assist in the preparation and clearing of construction sites
Carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving materials
Operate basic tools and machinery as required under supervision
Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to ensure tasks are completed on time
Report any issues or hazards to the site supervisor promptly
Requirements
Valid CSCS card is essential
Banksman ticket
Previous experience in construction is preferred but not mandatory
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Ability to work well within a team and take direction from supervisors
A valid driving licence is advantageous for site travel purposes
A proactive attitude towards health and safety practices
