Banksman / Traffic Marshall

to support our high-profile

new build Warehouse project

Key Responsibilities

Manage

traffic flow and deliveries

on a fast-paced construction site, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Provide

security oversight

for site perimeters, vehicles, and personnel. Maintain

public areas clean, organised, and hazard-free

in compliance with health and safety standards. Assist site management with coordination, communication, and issue resolution to keep projects on track. Conduct vehicle checks, enforce site rules, and support

banksman duties

during crane and lifting operations. Promote a culture of safety and efficiency on busy commercial/industrial sites.
What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a

Banksman / Traffic Marshall

on

fast-paced commercial or industrial projects

, ideally in warehousing or new build environments.

Main contractor background

with a strong track record of managing expectations and driving project delivery. Valid

CSCS Card

(essential).

Traffic Marshall / Banksman qualification

(essential).

First Aid at Work certification

(beneficial). Excellent communication skills, vigilance, and the ability to work under pressure. Immediate availability for ASAP start.
