Duties
Supervise and coordinate the activities of bar staff, including bartenders, servers, and kitchen personnel.
Oversee food preparation and ensure high standards of culinary presentation and quality.
Manage stock levels, order supplies, and ensure proper food safety and hygiene practices are followed.
Develop and implement innovative drink menus, including cocktails and specialised beverages.
Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Monitor customer service standards to guarantee a memorable experience for all guests.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to maintain excellent guest relations.
Organise staff schedules, training sessions, and team meetings to foster a motivated work environment.
Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and maintain budget controls.
Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Requirements
Proven
supervising experience
within a hospitality setting, ideally in bars or restaurants.
