Job Summary
Working with the General Manager your role will to be physically present on the
bar/restaurant floor
and in the kitchen to monitor the quality of the service and the food. The ability to liaise with the floor & bar supervisor to ensure smooth service & quality customer service
Qualifications
- Supervising experience
- Team management skills
- Restaurant or culinary experience
- Strong leadership abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Food preparation or cooking skills
- Bartending experience is a plus
- Previous experience in a hospitality setting
- Familiarity with food production and kitchen operations
- Hotel or barista experience would be beneficial
