Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar and Food service Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our establishment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons while creating a welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, a keen interest in beverages, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Serve and clear food to customers and clean as necessary Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations to enhance their experience. Monitor customer behaviour and ensure responsible service of alcohol at all times. Handle cash and card transactions accurately, ensuring proper accounting of sales. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including hygiene standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. A good understanding of various beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Must be able to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour. A valid personal licence or willingness to obtain one is desirable. Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 40 per week
