An exciting opportunity has opened up in our Bar and Kitchen team! We're seeking a reliable, hard-working, and friendly individual to join us. With a busy driving range, bar, and function room, we need someone flexible who can work across all areas of the business.

The responsibilities include providing and maintaining friendly and efficient customer service. This involves greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling payments.

-Drink preparation involves making and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at our club bar or function room bar. This includes using accurate measurements, selecting the right glassware, and keeping the fridges well-stocked.

- Food service: Our role is a multitasking position working within our kitchen, including preparing our daytime menu and catering buffets for functions.

- Cash handling involves managing cash transactions, such as accepting payments, giving change, and processing credit card payments. It requires precision and attention to detail to ensure the correct amounts are collected and accurately recorded.

- Cleanliness and organization involve keeping the bar area, driving range, and kitchen tidy and well-organized by following daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules. This also includes complying with health and safety regulations and maintaining cleanliness according to food handling guidelines.

- Golf: Assisting customers with golf ball sales and club rentals, providing knowledgeable service. Maintaining a clean driving range through regular basket collections and restocking shelves with golf balls.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in bartending or a related field

- Capability to prepare simple food items to complement the bar menu

- Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on providing a positive guest experience

- Familiarity with food production processes and culinary techniques

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Interest in golf is a plus but not required

- Having a driving license is preferred

To succeed in this role, you'll need great customer service skills, a warm and approachable attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. During quieter times, you should be proactive in tackling cleaning and stocking tasks.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 16 per week
