We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar and restaurant Supervisor to help lead our bar operations in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in bartending and food preparation, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As the Bar Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and safety while fostering a positive team atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of bar operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
Supervise and train bar staff to ensure adherence to service standards and operational procedures.
Develop creative cocktail menus and drink specials that enhance the guest experience.
Oversee food preparation and production in conjunction with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operation.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Collaborate with other departments within the hotel or restaurant to create cohesive dining experiences.
Experience
Proven experience in bartending or bar management within a hospitality setting is essential.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of supervising teams effectively.
Knowledge of food preparation and production processes is highly desirable.
Experience in culinary arts or related fields is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by business needs.
