Job Description
We are looking for Waiting staff to join us here at The Forge & Fern. Must have experience working in a high quality, full service and busy restaurant, bar or cafe.
Must haves to apply; Experience of working in a full table service environment, weekend availably & in the east Bristol area able to reach us with ease.

The Forge & Fern is an award winning hugely popular Cafe bar & restaurant based in Staple Hill, East Bristol. We are a multiple award winning venue and take extreme pride in being one of the cities most popular venues.
The Cafe bar itself is a design led inspirational space, exterior living walls on the facade, marble tabletops, bespoke back bar feature mirrors and beautiful hanging pendant lighting - the interiors are simply stunning.
We have a high quality, yet accessible, all-day dining offering available. Barista coffee, craft beer, artisan wines and spirits alongside freshly prepared and beautifully presented dishes coming from the kitchen. We even have bee hives on our roof & sell our own urban honey - 100% raw, natural unfiltered BRISTOL honey!
We are a young & entrepreneurial company & we are looking for likeminded hospitality professionals to join us at the start of this truly exiting journey.

Responsibilities
Greet and serve customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience. Take and process orders accurately while managing multiple tables efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and bar. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations during food preparation and service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
