Orocco Pier, South Queensferry. We are seeking experienced bar & waiting staff for our busy cafe bar, restaurant, hotel and events venue.

We are looking for someone keen to advance their career in the hospitality industry, who may be looking for their next step. We are looking for someone to fill a full time, permanent position. A minimum of 6 months bar and waiting experience is required.

Full training & the opportunity to those eligible to proceed on to SVQ qualifications Up to 12.21 per hour. Hourly rates are dependent on experience & age A equal share of service charge and tips. We apply a 10% service charge against all food and drinks bills. This can serve as a significant boost to your hourly rate. A flexible shift pattern that strikes a genuine work-life balance that can be worked around your other commitments. Rotas are given 10 days in advance. Free meals on shift. Paid breaks. The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience working in a hospitality or customer focused environment Interest in food and drinks. The self-motivation and determination to strive to exceed expectations. Flexible availability. We operate from 7am-12am 7 days a week ,and require staff throughout .Availability at some point at weekends is essential A positive outlook on life and enjoy a fast-paced environment. An understanding that ensuring our guest's comfort and safety is their greatest priority.
