As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests have a pleasant experience while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene standards.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable. Knowledge of serving techniques and food safety practices. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Experience in kitchen or culinary settings is an advantage. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a positive rapport with guests.
