Orocco Pier, South Queensferry. We are seeking experienced waiting and /or bar staff for our busy cafe bar, restaurant, hotel and events venue.

We are looking for someone keen to advance their career in the hospitality industry, who may be looking for their next step. Alternatively we can accommodate those looking for a few part time hours to fit in with studies or other commitment's who are looking for a permanent postion. A minimum of 6 months relevant experience is required

We offer:

Up to 12.21 per hour .Hourly rates are dependent on experience , age and subject to review in April 2026

A equal share of service charge and tips. We apply a 10% service charge against all food and drinks bills. This can serve as a significant boost to your hourly rate.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience working in a hospitality or customer focused environment

Interest in food and drinks.

The self-motivation and determination to strive to exceed expectations.

Flexible availability. We operate from 7am-12am 7 days a week ,and require staff throughout .Availability at some point at weekends is essential

A positive outlook on life and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
