Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Ensure food safety standards are adhered to during food preparation and serving. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a high standard of presentation. Manage multiple tables effectively, ensuring timely service for all guests. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, aiming for complete satisfaction. Assist with basic kitchen duties as required, including food preparation and cleaning tasks. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during busy periods. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.

Experience -

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is essential. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Experience in guest services with a focus on providing an exceptional dining experience. Culinary or kitchen experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently.
