Overview

We are looking for Full and Part time bar and waiting team at our traditional town centre pub. We are newly refurbished and ready to grow, and looking to add somebody to our small team. The job would involve both serving a bar and a restaurant This will include some day shifts, with evening shifts and weekend shifts essential, these shifts will require transport to get home afterwards if you don't drive or live in town. Experience is preferred however not essential as we can train anybody, all we ask is for commitment and a willingness to become a key team player, plus you understand that weekends and evenings shifts are required for any successful applicant. We can try work to set days and shifts per week and hours can be worked to your needs where possible, we are a very flexible place to work and genuinely value our teams happiness and out of work needs. We are building a new team going into new ownership and are looking for the right people to join us on our new journey. Cash tips are shared per shift and a great way to top up your pay

Skills

Proven experience in bartending within a restaurant or hospitality setting Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in catering is advantageous but not essential. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 32 per week
