Job Description
Overview We are currently seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at a bustling restaurant in the heart of the city. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy providing exceptional guest services, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities - Greet customers warmly and take their orders promptly - Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items - Ensure accurate order taking and communicate effectively with the kitchen staff - Serve food and beverages in a timely manner - Assist with food preparation when needed - Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist with basic kitchen tasks Requirements - Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is advantageous - Knowledge of food safety practices is essential - Strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Basic maths skills for processing orders and handling payments - Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour towards customers
