Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns. Provide excellent guest services by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests. Handle basic maths for processing bills and managing payments efficiently.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices. Basic culinary skills to assist in food preparation when required. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently. Ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant environment. Proficient in basic maths for accurate billing processes. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-21.65 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Monday to Friday Weekend availability
