We're looking for a passionate Bar Back to join our incredible team.

The Job

As a member of the Electric Shuffle team, you'll be at the heart of everything you do, and you'll be crucial to bringing our bars to life, ensuring every guest has an unforgettable social experience with us.


To be successful in the role as a Bar Back you will need to:



Be fun, enthusiastic and have lots of energy. Be willing to work in a fast-paced environment to support the floor and kitchen teams. Have great communication skills with a positive attitude. Be able to work as part of a team, delivering support to the teams, even when under pressure. Provide an amazing experience to our customers. Be willing to learn.
