Playback, Inverness's groundbreaking four-floor venue, is on the lookout for skilled and/or passionate Bartenders and Floor Servers to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Engage with patrons, take drink orders, and provide recommendations, creating a personalized and memorable experience for each guest.

Menu Knowledge:

Thoroughly understand the menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with menu choices and special requests.

Table Maintenance:

Keep dining areas clean and organised, resetting tables promptly for new guests, and contributing to an inviting atmosphere.

Beverage Presentation:

Ensure the impeccable presentation of beverages, aligning with Playback's high standards and contributing to the overall visual appeal of the bar.

Efficiency and Speed:

Work efficiently to maintain a smooth flow of service during busy periods, prioritizing speed without compromising on the quality of drinks.

Adherence to Policies:

Strictly adhere to responsible service of alcohol policies, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.

Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other members of the bar and floor staff to ensure a seamless and enjoyable overall guest experience.

Bar Maintenance:

Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and ready for service.

Mixology Mastery:

Craft a diverse range of cocktails with precision and creativity, showcasing your mixology skills and contributing to Playback's unique beverage offerings.

Hosting:

Welcome and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of guests through the dining area.
Requirements:

Willingness to adapt, taking initiative in assisting the floor staff, glasswash, bar backing and even kitchen when required Experience is desired, but full training will be provided by our experienced team! Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a high-energy environment and adapt to changing circumstances. Team player mentality with a commitment to maintaining a positive work culture. Adherence to health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. Must be aged minimum 18yrs
