Job Summary

Farnham Brewing Co. are seeking Bar & Food prep Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will assist in the preparation and serving of beverages, pizzas & Burger grill while providing excellent customer service in a lively atmosphere.

We are a small artisan and rural located Taproom with our own brewery. We are seeking confident, proactive team members to commit to regular weekend shifts.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of drinks to customers Understand craft beers & the brewing process. (we can teach you) Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner Assist in restocking bar supplies Follow all food safety and hygiene regulation Cooking pizza's and other food prep duties

Qualifications

At least 1 years' bar experience Barista trained Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is advantageous Knowledge of food safety practices Ability to work well under pressure during busy periods Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach Willingness to assist with food preparation A positive and welcoming demeanour where nothing is too much trouble for our guests
You must have able to travel to Pierrepont Farm, Frensham - there is no public transport. Own transport would be a huge benefit.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.68 per hour
