The Stag and Eel is small cocktail bar attached to Native Restaurant, it runs as both a stand alone bar and the bar to the restaurant. The Stag offers a premium cocktail experience along side serving small plates/ bar snacks from the restaurant .

Summary

We are seeking a Bar Manager to join our team at The Stag & Eel in Kelham. This role is vital in ensuring our bar operations run smoothly while maintaining our commitment to high quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality. Oversee and maintain our social media Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain stock levels. Train and supervise bar staff, fostering a positive team environment. Create new cocktails on weekly basis for our specials board Develop and implement creative drink menus that align with our seafood offerings. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Engage with customers to enhance their experience and gather feedback. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a bar management role or similar position. Strong knowledge of products Excellent leadership and team management skills. Experience in the restaurant / hospitality industry. Ability to create innovative drink menus that complement our seafood products. Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service.
