Duties

Prepare and serve food and non-alcoholic drinks to a high standard. Support kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and cleaning. Engage with customers, take orders, and provide a welcoming experience. Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the restaurant, bar, and kitchen areas. Follow all food safety and hygiene standards. Handle cash and card transactions accurately. Work as part of a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Support promotions, events, and daily specials as required.

Requirements

No prior experience required --

full training will be provided.

One-week training will be held at Head Office for Kitchen Staff and Bar Staff, including non-alcoholic drinks training. Previous experience in hospitality, fast food, or retail is an advantage but not essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. A positive, proactive, and reliable attitude. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the UK.

Salary (UK National Minimum Wage Rates - April 2025)

21 and over:

12.21 per hour (National Living Wage)

18 to 20:

10.00 per hour

Under 18:

7.55 per hour

Apprentices (if eligible):

7.55 per hour
Additional pay may be available for experience, responsibility, or progression into senior roles.
