Duties

Supervise and manage all bar staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient service. Develop and implement innovative drink menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation within the bar area, adhering to food safety regulations. Train new staff on bartending techniques, customer service skills, and food safety practices. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage stock control to minimise waste. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to exceed guest expectations. Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, share feedback, and promote team cohesion.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a bartending role within a restaurant or hospitality environment. Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and supervising staff. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in culinary operations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members. A passion for the culinary arts and a keen interest in beverage trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.50-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
