Duties
Supervise and manage bar staff, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Maintain inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety practices.
Train new staff in bartending techniques, food preparation, and customer service skills.
Develop and implement promotional strategies to enhance bar sales and customer engagement.
Handle customer complaints professionally, striving for resolution to enhance guest satisfaction.
