Responsibilities

Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards. Manage and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment through effective leadership and communication. Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure the bar is well-stocked. Develop and implement creative beverage menus that align with current trends and customer preferences. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to health and safety Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, striving for high levels of satisfaction. Monitor financial performance of the bar, implementing strategies to enhance profitability.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a bar or restaurant setting is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in both service delivery and inventory management. Experience in hospitality or hotel environments is advantageous. Familiarity with serving techniques and barista skills would be beneficial. A passion for creating memorable guest experiences through exceptional service is crucial.
