Duties
Oversee the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Manage and train bar staff, fostering a team-oriented environment.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
Develop and implement drink menus, including signature cocktails and seasonal offerings.
Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
Monitor bar expenses and revenue, implementing cost control measures where necessary.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest experience.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during food preparation times.
Organise special events and promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Proven experience in a bar management role within a restaurant or hotel setting.
Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail preparation.
