We're looking for

Borough Street Bar

as

Part-Time Bar Staff or Bar Supervisor

, depending on experience.

This role suits someone confident behind the bar who enjoys taking ownership of a shift and is comfortable working independently when required. You'll help create a welcoming atmosphere, serve great drinks, and ensure the bar runs smoothly day to day.

Hours & Rota

Part-time position

Two-week rotating rota

Approximately 20-23 hours per week

Shifts include evenings and weekends Some shifts will involve

working independently

, particularly during quieter periods

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to a high standard Confidently run the bar during your shift, either independently or with limited support Deliver friendly, attentive service and engage positively with customers Process payments accurately and responsibly Maintain stock levels and general bar organisation during shifts Keep the bar clean, tidy, and compliant with food safety and licensing standards Contribute to a relaxed, social, and welcoming environment for customers

Requirements

Previous bar experience is essential

Confident working independently and taking responsibility for a shift Strong time management and organisational skills Friendly, approachable manner with good communication skills Good understanding of food safety and responsible alcohol service A genuine passion for hospitality and customer experience
