We are currently looking for a Bar Manager to join the team here at The Tivoli. The right candidate will have bar experience and be a happy, friendly, welcoming individual for all of our guests.
The successful candidate will be able to place weekly beverage orders and keep a clean and organised bar & cellar.
We (Pete and Tom) have The Lamb Inn, Shipton-under-Wychwood, The Fox, Broadwell, The Sherborne Arms, Northleach & The Bell Inn, Langford, which have been really successful with great reviews and awards, including GQ best pub of the year 2022, Times best pub of the year 2022 and a Michelin Bib Gourmand at The Bell which we have held for the last five years. We are equally (if not more) happy to say we have built teams both FOH & BOH at both sites that have now been with us a long time.
As the Bar Manager, you will have the opportunity to make this role your own, working alongside a supportive Assistant General Manager, Balan and General Manager Rebecca.
