We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations and ensure a high standard of service in a vibrant hospitality environment. Responsibilities

Lead and manage the bar team, ensuring excellent service delivery and adherence to hospitality standards. Supervise daily operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in accordance with food safety regulations. Develop and implement training programmes for staff on food preparation, cocktail mixing, and customer service techniques. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service during busy periods and special events. Monitor staff performance, providing constructive feedback and fostering a positive work environment. Create innovative drink menus that align with current trends while maintaining quality standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food products. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a bar management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to food production. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Proficient in kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with both staff and customers effectively.
