We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage management. This role involves supervising staff, hiring, training & scheduling, managing inventory, placing orders and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.
Duties
Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to company standards.
Manage and train bar staff, fostering a positive team environment through effective leadership and team management.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the bar area.
Develop creative beverage menus that align with current trends while considering customer preferences.
Monitor inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock of beverages and supplies.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food preparation and service during busy periods.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
Maintain records of sales, expenses, and staff performance for reporting purposes.

Experience
Proven experience in a bar management role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary practices is highly desirable.
Supervising experience with demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous restaurant or hotel experience is advantageous, along with knowledge of food production processes.
Familiarity with serving techniques and barista experience will be considered an asset.
