Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Bar Manager

to lead our bar operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a solid background in food and beverage management. This hands-on role includes supervising staff, managing inventory, ensuring food safety standards, and driving both service quality and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee

daily bar operations

, ensuring smooth service and adherence to company policies and standards.

Lead, train, and schedule

bar staff, promoting a positive and professional team environment. Maintain

strict compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations

across all areas of the bar. Create and update

innovative beverage menus

, aligning with current industry trends and customer preferences. Manage

inventory and ordering

of beverages, bar supplies, and other essentials to ensure consistent stock levels. Collaborate with the

kitchen team

to coordinate food and beverage service, especially during peak hours. Address and resolve

guest inquiries and complaints

promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate

records of sales, expenses, and staff performance

for business reporting and analysis. Act as the

primary point of contact

for the business owner, providing regular updates and feedback on operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in a

bar management

or similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry. Strong background in

food preparation and culinary practices

is highly desirable. Experience supervising and

leading a team in a fast-paced environment

. Previous experience in a

restaurant or hotel

setting is advantageous. Knowledge of

food production processes
