Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Bar Manager

to oversee the daily operations of our bar . The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and extensive knowledge beverage service. This role involves managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and creating a welcoming environment for guests. The successful applicant will play a key role in driving sales, managing inventory, and upholding the organisation's high standards of service.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate the activities of bar staff, including serving, preparation, and general customer service Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages, ensuring quality standards are met Manage stock levels, order supplies, and control inventory to minimise waste Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health & safety procedures Lead staff training programmes on service techniques, food safety, and responsible alcohol service Develop innovative drink menus in collaboration with the culinary team to enhance customer experience Handle customer enquiries and resolve any complaints promptly and professionally Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue Maintain a clean and organise cellar and help with stock control .

Skills

Proven

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour
