confident, experienced Bar Manager

with a sharp eye for service, a deep love of cocktails, and a hands-on leadership style.

We're known for delivering premium drinks in a high-energy, stylish environment. If you thrive in fast-paced service, know your way around a cocktail menu, and can bring the best out of a team - this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading the bar team day-to-day and during busy weekend services Delivering exceptional cocktail quality and consistency Supporting with recruitment, rota management, and team training Maintaining bar standards, stock levels, and supplier relationships Driving team performance and guest satisfaction Helping shape seasonal cocktail menus and drinks development Taking ownership of cash handling, opening/closing, and compliance

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Bar Manager or strong Supervisor ready to step up

Excellent cocktail knowledge

- classics and creative signatures A confident leader who sets the pace and leads by example Calm under pressure, great with people, and passionate about the guest experience Comfortable working late nights, weekends, and high-volume shifts
