Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily bar operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Supervise, train, and motivate bar staff in mixology, hospitality best practices, and food preparation.
Manage inventory, control stock levels, and place supply orders as needed.
Maintain full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Develop and refresh creative drink menus, including seasonal and specialty offerings.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage pairings.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and care.
Monitor staff performance, conduct evaluations, and provide ongoing feedback and support.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in bar management or a senior supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Advanced bartending and mixology skills with creativity in beverage presentation.
Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and develop a high-performing team.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining high standards of service and attention to detail.
A passion for food and beverage innovation, with an understanding of food production processes (advantageous).
