- Proven experience as a Bar Manager or similar role, demonstrating a track record of success in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology, including classic and contemporary cocktail techniques, and a genuine passion for experimenting with new flavors and ingredients.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Exceptional organizational and operational abilities, including inventory management, cost control, and vendor relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect with guests and create memorable experiences.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, presentation, and customer service.
