The Role:
Day-to-day running of the bar
Leading, training and motivating staff
Maintaining high standards of service and customer experience
Stock control, ordering and wastage management
Cash handling and compliance with licensing regulations
About You:
Previous bar management or strong supervisory experience
Confident, organised and hands-on
Passion for great service and a positive team culture
Reliable and flexible with working hours
