We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations and lead our team in delivering exceptional service. As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for managing the bar staff, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring the efficient operation of the bar.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the bar team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service. Oversee bartending operations, including drink preparation and presentation. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain stock. Develop creative cocktail menus and promote special drinks to enhance guest experience. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as licensing laws. Train new staff on bartending techniques, customer service standards, and food preparation processes. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production for bar menus. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service. Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to encourage professional growth.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in a bar or hospitality environment. Strong bartending skills with a thorough understanding of beverages and mixology. Experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Knowledge of food preparation and production processes is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
