Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the bar team, including bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
Manage daily bar operations, including stock control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations.
Develop innovative drink menus and promote specials to enhance customer engagement.
Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health & safety regulations across all aspects of the bar's operation.
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, handling complaints professionally, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to optimise revenue while controlling costs.
Organise staff schedules, training sessions, and team meetings to ensure high levels of service delivery.
Collaborate with kitchen staff on food presentation, menu development, and culinary standards.
Qualifications
Proven
