Position Overview:

As the Bar Manager at Il Gattopardo, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and managing the bar team to ensure excellent guest experiences through top-notch beverage service. You will oversee the creation and enhancement of our beverage lists, including cocktails, mocktails, and spirits, ensuring that all drinks are served in accordance with legal guidelines.

Be knowledgeable about current beverage trends, with an ability to innovate and adapt to market demands. Eligibility to work in the UK and availability for full-time, flexible work hours.
