About you:
We are recruiting for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to lead our Bar Team and oversee daily operations at the Blind Pig. You will have relevant years of experience and mastered the skills and knowledge of a Bar Manager. As a passionate Bar Manager, you will possess excellent leadership skills, be well organised and committed to delivering outstanding and consistent service to your guests whilst inspiring your Team.

Responsibilities:
Managing the main Bar within the Restaurant as well as the renown Blind Pig and ensuring that standards are consistently been met.
Showing excellent leadership by effectively managing the Bar Team and ensuring checklist are adhered to.
Ensuring opening and closing procedures are followed.
Execute all management duties including liaising with suppliers and using the ordering system, conducting inventory and financial reports.
Customer Service: Ensure guests receive exceptional service and address any issues promptly and professionally.
Training & Development: Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Inventory Management: Manage inventory and ensuring proper stock levels.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing events and private functions.
Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience: Proven experience as a Bar Manager preferably within well established brands of Restaurants.
Strong knowledge of mixology and Beverage trends.
Customer Focus: A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
Flexibility: Availability to work evenings and weekends as required by the business.
