Bar Manager

to lead the bar at

The Grazing Goat

, bringing warmth, precision, and exceptional drinks knowledge to this unique setting.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading and motivating the front-of-house bar team with energy and professionalism Delivering an outstanding drinks experience, from local ales to crafted cocktails and premium wines Taking ownership of stock management, rotas, compliance, and supplier coordination Supporting the General Manager with daily operations and team development Helping shape the guest experience through events, seasonal menus, and exceptional service

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a bar leadership role within a premium pub, restaurant, or hotel A natural leader who thrives on great service and guest satisfaction Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and cellar management Organised, detail-focused, and financially aware Passionate about hospitality, with a calm and confident approach
